暖胃舒乐片挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

GC-MS Analysis for Chemical Constituents from Volatile Oil in Nuanwei Shule Tablets

目的研究暖胃舒乐片挥发油中的化学成分。方法采用《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版一部挥发油测定法对暖胃舒乐片的挥发油进行提取,用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果检出51种成分,鉴定其中45种,占总流出峰面积的95.1%。相对含量>5%的成分有棕榈酸(55.80%)和十六烷酸乙酯(11.81%)。结论暖胃舒乐片中挥发油成分主要包含酸类和酯类。

Objective To study the chemical constituents in volatile oil extracted from nuanwei shule tablets. Methods The volatile oil were extracted and isolated with steam distillation method according to the Chinese pharnacopeia（ChP,2010）. The chemical composition was identified by GC-MS with capillary column chromatography, and the relative contents were analyzed via area normalization method. Results The total of 51 components were detected, 45 compounds of which were identified and accounting for 95.1% of total flow area. The compounds with the relative contents over 5% were hexadecanoic acid （55.80%） and hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester （ 11.81% ）. Conclusion The volatile oil of nuanwei shule tablet mainly contains acids and esters.
