Chinese Martial Arts to the “Circular” as the Core of Taijiquan

太极拳蕴含着丰富的中国传统哲学思想,透射出人生哲理和道德光辉,具有东方民族体育的浓厚色彩。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对太极拳独特的运动形式和理论特色进行研究梳理,阐释了太极拳与中华传统文化的深刻关系,认为太极拳以"圆"为核心的动作特点,是太极拳运动保持连绵不断的关键。太极拳以阴阳对立统一为整体,阳中有阴,阴中有阳,在运动中以"刚柔相推"来反映太极拳"攻守进退之象",是一种动静相兼、内外双修、绵里藏针的武技项目。

Taijiquan contains rich thought of Chinese traditional philosophy of life and moral glory and has strong clour of the East national sports.The paper uses methods of literature,expert interview and logical analysis to study and arrange the Taijiquan＇s unique forms and theoretical and interprets the profound relationship between Taijiquan and the Chinese traditional culture,and in conclusion,the author of this paper thinks that the movement characteristics of the Taijiquan regards ＂Circular＂ as the core,are the key to maintain it going forever.Taijiquan regards Yin and Yang unified as the whole,Yang in the Yin,Yin in the Yang,using push to reflect Taijiquan＇s phenomenon of advance and retreat in movement.It is a kind of the mixture of rigid-flexible phase and soft phase,dynamic and static combination,a ruthless character behind a gentle a gentle appearance of martial arts.
