摘要
通过对我国高校教师评价所存在的问题进行分析,提出了通过创建教师能力培训机构实现高校教师发展性评价的主体地位,探讨了运用教师知识实现教师能力培训机构创建的可行性和必要性。
Based on the evaluation of university teachers to analyze the existing problems,we put forward by creating teacher training institutions.We can achieve the dominabt position of university teachers's development assessment and discuss the feasibility and nevessity of creating teacher traving institutions by using teacher knowledge.
