中国大学生英语现在进行体习得研究——基于标记理论的视角

摘要 标记理论在二语习得的研究中成绩斐然,英语现在进行体是时体研究中的一个重点,也具有标记性。以某校不同水平的学生为受试者,旨在考察不同水平的学生对现在进行体的习得是否存在显著差异以及现在进行体功能的标记性如何影响学生对其的习得。研究结果发现不同水平的学生对英语现在进行体的用法掌握并不存在显著差异;总体来,学生对现在进行体中的无标记项的掌握情况要比有标记项好;但在现在进行体中有些有标记项的掌握情况接近甚至超过无标记项。由此说明学生在语言学习一定阶段产生了石化现象,英语进行体中的无标记项比有标记项掌握的好,同时也证明了语言输入对学生的外语习得产生重要影响。 Markedness Theory has got great achievements in second language acquisition, in which English present progressive aspect with markedness is one of the emphases in tense and aspect study. This paper selects some students with different English proficiency levels from a certain university as subjects and makes an empirical study to investigate whether the acquisition of present progressive as- pect varies and how markedness affects students' acquisition. The result shows that there are no significant differences among students with different levels. On the whole, the students do better on unmarkedness meanings than markedness ones, but they have higher ac- curacy rate on some markedness meanings and functions, indicating that fossilization has appeared at certain language learning stage, unmarkedness is easier to grasp than markedness and the language input has an important impact on students' English acquisition.
