中学生物教师探究式教学的现状与对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 以玉林中学生物教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和个人访谈法对教师开展探究式教学情况进行了调查,分析得出了影响中学生物教师探究式教学的不利因素:教师不够重视,探究能力有限;学校给予的支持力度不够,资金投入不足;生物教师的工作量大;学生对生物课程不重视.文中结合教学改革的要求,提出了一些提高中学生物教师探究教学能力的对策,以求为改进生物教学方式,更好地开展探究教学提供可行性的依据. Taking the high school biology teachers in Yulin as the research object, by the methods of questionnaire and interview, the paper investigates the situation of exploring teaching among the biology teachers. Analysis results indicate that there exist many negative factors affecting high school biology teachers to implement exploring teaching: inadequate attention and ability of the teachers, insufficient support and funding from the school; heavy workload of teachers and students' lack of enthusiasm in biology course. In accordance with requirements of teaching reform, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the high school biology teachers' inquiry teaching ability.
