摘要
分析了40 kt/a蒽醌法双氧水装置投入运行后氢化、氧化、后处理出现的设备及工艺问题,提出了优化方案及改造措施。通过优化改造,解决了萃余中大量带水、出干燥塔工作液带碱问题,稳定了生产。
Through analysis on the problems of equipments and process occured during hydrogenating, oxidizing, and after treating after 40 kt/a hydrogen peroxide plant with anthraquinone process was put into operation, the optimization revamp plan and measures were put forwarded. After revamp, the problems such as a great mount of water left in liquid after extractor, entrained potassium carbonate in working solution and so on were solved, stabilized the production.
