On the New Development of Party Construction Theories since the 16th CPC National Congress

党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,提出了一系列新观点、新论断,极大地丰富了马克思主义关于党的建设理论,这些理论对党建实践产生了重大的指导作用。为此,认真梳理、总结和学习十六大以来党建理论的创新成果,对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观以及进一步提升党的建设科学化水平具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Since the 16th CPC National Congress, the central party committee with HU Jin-tao as General Secretary has stuck to the principles of emancipating minds, seeking truth from facts and progressing with times, and has proposed a series of new views and assertions which have greatly enriched the Marxist party construction theories which have played a great role in the practice of party construction. It is accordingly of great theoretical and practical significance to generalize and study the in-novative achievements in party construction theories since the 16th CPC National Congress in the implementation of scientific view on development and the further improvement of party construction standard.
