At present, the development of teachers＇ representatives conference is facing with difficulties like the inadequate cognition, imperfection of system, incomplete fulfillment of its power, inadequate self-construction and monotonous working methods. In the new time, in order to get out of such predicaments, we have to improve our cognition, highlight the status and functions of the conference, make innovations and perfect the mechanism of the conference, protrude the focus and fulfill efficiently the conference＇s power, strengthen the management and improve self-construction of the conference, occupy the network front and strive to find new working methods.
