摘要
在针对侧碰分析的某微车概念设计阶段,建立了基于DYNA的有限元分析模型。对软件使用中对结果影响较大的关键设置进行了说明,利用一系列方案及优化解决了工程上面临的初始耐力不足的问题,为工程中需要考虑制造及经济性的同时解决具体问题提供范例。
In the conceptual design stage of a micro-car for side -impact analysis, set up a finite element analysis model based on DYNA. Explained some important sets which have big influence on the result of the software, using a series options and optimizations to solve the problem of initial endurance lacking. Provides an example for solving specific problems on engineering while make manufacturing and the economy need to be considered.
