摘要
因某型轻型载货汽车前桥转向横拉杆连续出现断裂现象,需要分析其断裂模式和原因,提出改进措施和方法。通过建立零件三维模型,导入ansys中进行仿真,并与计算结果进行比较。结果计算与仿真结果与文中假设的失效模式一致。最终得出应力集中是导致该故障发生的主要原因,根据文中的提出的改进方法进行实施后,问题得到解决。
