采用亚安全区概念解决大型商业消防安全设计

Using sub-safety zone to resolve fire safety design of large-scale emporium

根据现代化大型商场的设计特点,提出采用亚安全区的方法解决现代化大型商业建筑消防设计。从可燃物控制、灭火控制、防火分隔、防排烟系统、防止火灾蔓延和安全疏散等方面给出亚安全区的定义和亚安全区的具体设计要点。根据现有防火设计规范对亚安全区没有明确规定的情况,提出采用性能化方法对亚安全区的消防安全性进行分析,并从安全评估、烟流模拟、疏散模拟和火灾蔓延几个方面给出亚安全区消防安全性的性能化量化模拟分析要点。

o resolve the fire safety design problems of modern large-scale emporium, the author brings forward a new concept named sub-safety zone and defines it clearly. For the altitude of sub-safety zone, the author takes some advances of design out- line from combustible control, fire suppression, fire-proof corn partmentation, smoke control, fire spread control and evacua- tion etc. Because of no fire safety code stating sub-safety zone, the author advances to use performance-based design to analyze the security of sub-safety zone from some aspects： safety judg- ment, smoke flow simulation, evacuate simulation and fire spread calculation.
