摘要
热层合板已经广泛应用各个领域,横向剪应力对复合材料层合板的破坏失效具有重要影响。本文用ANSYA商用软件对正交各向异性层合薄板在突加温度荷载下层间应力的动态响应进行了数值模拟,得到了层间剪应力的分布及其响应,并在此基础上分析了薄板结构厚度方向的温度梯度,材料的性能,板厚等参数对热层合板的层间剪应力分布和动态响应的影响。算例表明剪切弹性模量对热层合板的剪切应力沿厚度方向的分布影响明显。
The thermal laminated of composite material is applied widely. It is proved that the transverse stress is the key factor which causes delamination and failure of composite material. In this paper the dynamic response of interlayer shear stress was analyzed with the commercial software of AN- SYS under sudden thermal load and distribution of the interlayer shear stress was derived base on it. The effects of many factor on the distrbusion of transverse stress are discussed by using this software, The results show that the cut-elasticity parameter affects obviously the distribution of transverse stress along the thick direction.
