摘要
随着互联网逐渐成为日常生活不可或缺的一部分,网络营销成为餐饮营销的重要手段。广东省餐饮收入居全国首位,但利润却排在全国十强末位,国内外"航空母舰"级餐饮管理集团倚仗其庞大的网络销售系统,严重威胁广东餐饮业做大做强。使其面对严峻的竞争环境。本文在分析研究广东省餐饮网络营销现状的基础上,探讨我省餐饮网络营销中存在的障碍及问题,并为我省餐饮网络营销发展提出相应的对策建议:如提高消费者黏性,丰富餐饮营销理念和策略,加强网民互动,培养餐饮网络营销人才等等,以期推动我省餐饮网络营销,提升我省餐饮业竞争力。
As the Intemet becomes an essential part of everyday life, network marketing is becoming an important marketing measure for catering business. Since large-scale domestic and foreign catering groups with their skillful network marketing have taken up a large proportion of market share, the catering industry in Guangdong province is more competitive than before. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the network marketing of the catering industry in Guangdong, the paper explores how to further promote the competitiveness of local caterin~ businesses.
