我国婚姻暴力成因的道德剖析

A Moral Analysis of the Causes of Marital Violence in China

婚姻暴力问题不仅是法律问题、社会问题,更是一个十分复杂的道德问题。研究我国婚姻暴力应该首先从道德问题入手,即从根深蒂固的传统婚姻道德观念、追求功利的婚姻道德思想、自由泛滥的婚姻道德行为等方面进行分析,以期引起全社会对于婚姻暴力问题的关注,并探讨解决该问题的策略。

Marital violence is not only a legal and social problem, but also a complex moral problem. The study of marital violence should start with moral problem, i.e. to analyze the aspects of deep-rooted traditional marital ethics, the utilitarian marital thoughts, and loose marital moral behaviors, so as to attract attention of the society to the problem of marital violence, and to explor the strategies for its solution.
