摘要
企业兼职教师作为高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,在优化师资结构、强化实践教学环节、促进产学研合作等方面发挥着越来越大的作用,但也存在着聘任随意、管理松散、机制不灵活、教学效果不理想等问题。通过对当前高职院校兼职教师管理存在的问题进行分析,以宁波职业技术学院机电专业群为例,从以实现优势互补和长期合作为目标的视角出发,就兼职教师队伍的建设进行了探索与实践。
Part-time teachers as an important part of the vocational colleges,which play an important role,optimize the structure of teachers,and strengthen practice teaching,and promote cooperation.But,there are also the mechanism is not flexible,not ideal teaching effectiveness and other issues.Analysize on the problems of vocational colleges' part-time teacher management,as a case of the electrical and mechanical professional group of Ningbo Polytechnic,in order to achieve complementary advantages and long-term cooperation.
