我国高职酒店管理专业人才培养的问题与对策 被引量:6

摘要 为了适应酒店业的迅猛发展,我国各类高职院校酒店管理专业在人才培养方面做了很多有益的探索和实践,虽然取得了一定的成果,但仍存在着诸如培养目标定位不准确、课程体系陈旧、教学方法单一、师资力量缺乏、办学模式不灵活等诸多问题。树立能力本位的教育理念;根据岗位职业能力的要求,重新构建专业课程体系;创新教学模式,推行项目教学;构建结构合理的双师教学团队和建立校企深度合作的办学模式是解决问题的有效途径。 In order to adapt to the rapid development of the hotel industry,many vocational colleges in China have done a lot of useful exploration and practice in hotel management talents training and have made certain achievements.But there still remain some problems: no accurate target in talent-training,dated curriculum,oversimplified teaching methods,shortage of teaching staff,inflexible school system and so on.This article puts forward some effective solutions to the above-mentioned problems: establishment of a competence-based educational concept,reconstruction of curriculum according to job requirements,innovation of teaching model by implementing project teaching,buildup of a reasonably-structured teaching team with double-qualified teachers and establishment of in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
