摘要
高职院校校园人文环境在大学生全面发展中发挥着重要的作用,高职院校人文环境的建设取得一定的成绩。但是,社会思潮的冲击,高职院校提升校园人文环境动力不足,教职员工认识上的不足,以及高职大学生人文素质主体性的缺乏,都影响着高职院校人文环境的进一步提升。为此,高职院校需要建设和谐的校园环境,加强教职员工人文素养培养,增强学生人文素质培养的主体性,通过多渠道、多角度进一步提升校园人文环境。
In higher vocational colleges, cultural environment plays an important role in students' all-round development, and certain achievements have been made in this regard. However, the upgrading of such an environment, to some extent, are blocked by a backlash of social ideological trends, poor motivation from colleges themselves, a lack of faculty and staff's awareness, as well as a deficiency of students' cultural subjectivity. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to build a harmonious campus environment, enhance the faculty and staff's cultural qualities, and improve students' cultural subjectivity, so as to upgrade the cultural environment through multiple channels.
