布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Budesonide inhalation therapy on Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨布地奈德溶液雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法对我院收住的100例小儿支原体肺炎随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例。两组患儿均给予阿奇霉素抗感染为主的综合治疗,治疗组给予布地奈德雾化吸入。比较两组患儿临床症状体征改善情况,肺部X线显示炎症吸收好转时间及住院时间。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患儿发热、咳嗽、喘息、肺部干湿啰音或哮鸣音消失时间明显缩短,肺部X线显示炎症吸收好转时间及住院时间减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎,能有效地缓解支原体感染引起的顽固性咳嗽和喘息等临床症状体征,效果肯定。

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of Budesonide inhalation therapy on Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 100 children of mycoplasma pneumonia from January 2010 to December 2011 admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 50 cases. Two groups were given comprehensive treatment of azithromycin of anti-in- fection. The treatment group were also treated with Budesonide inhalation therapy. Improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, improve- ment time of absorption of inflammation showed by lung X-ray and length of stay were observed and compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, time of fever, cough, wheeze, lung wet dry rale and wheezing disappearance and improvement time of absorption of inflammation showed by lung X-ray and length of stay more significantly shortened （P 〈0. 05 ）. Total effective rate of treat- ment group was 96%, while 82% of control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Budesonide inhalation therapy can effectively alleviate the mycoplasma infection-induced intractable cough and wheezing and other clini- cal signs and symptoms with confirmed effects in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
