树突状细胞在抗肿瘤免疫中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 恶性肿瘤的发生发展与机体免疫功能改变有着密切的联系,随着对免疫功能机制研究的深入,发现抗原提呈细胞(APC)能摄取、加工、处理抗原并将抗原信息提呈给T淋巴细胞,在机体的免疫应答过程中起着十分重要的作用。
