摘要
介绍了煤矿高水填充系统自动化改造的主要内容、自动化控制的实现和技术难点,重点阐述了充水试管自动控制、制浆充填自动控制、加水冲洗管道自动控制的实现,并给出了液位测量、流量测量、压力测量等技术难题的解决方法。煤矿高水填充系统经自动化改造后大大提高了填充质量,节约了人力成本,具有非常高的推广价值。
The paper introduced main content, implementation of automatic control and technical difficulties of automation reformation of high-water filling system of coal mine, focused on implementation of automatic control of water-filled test tube, pulp and filling, and water washing pipe, and gave solutions of technical problems of level measurement, flow measurement, and pressure measurement. The reformed system can greatly improve filling quality and save labor costs, which has high promotional value.
