摘要
介绍了霍尔辛赫选煤厂煤泥分选流程;通过分析及试验,找出了螺旋分选机分选出的精煤灰分升高的原因;通过在管路上增加一个三通并设置闸阀,对煤泥分选系统进行了改造。煤泥分选系统改造前后螺旋分选机截取器在相同位置时的精煤灰分分别为11.71%和8.67%,可见精煤灰分明显降低。
The paper introduced coal separation process of coal preparation plant of Huoerxinhe, found out rising cause of clean coal ash separated by spiral separator through analysis and test. Coal separation system was reformed by adding a tee at pipeline and setting gate valve. The clean coal ash before and after reformation was 11.71% and 8.67% with interceptor of spiral separator in the same position, showing that the clean coal ash significantly reduced.
