摘要
电磁场分析计算是电机设计的重要前提,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对一台永磁直线同步电机电磁场进行分析.通过ANSYS软件的仿真与分析,获得永磁直线同步电机内部电磁场分布特点和规律,再结合麦克斯韦应力张量法和虚功法对永磁直线同步电机进行推力分析,为改善永磁直线同步电机的推力波动提供重要的理论基础.
Analysis and calculation of electromagnetic fields are regarded as a central premise of electrical machinery design. This paper attempts to analyze the magnetic Helds of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) by using ANASYS, a finite element analysis software tool. The simulation and analysis of the ANASYS provide distribution characteristics and law of electromagnetic fields of the inner side of PMLSM. And then force analysis of PMLSM is conducted by adopting Maxwell stress tensor method and virtual work method, aimed at providing a theoretical basis for impreving the force ripple of PMLSM.
