莠灭净的气相色谱分析

Determination of Ametryn by Gas Chromatography

采用气相色谱法对莠灭净进行分析 ,选用 SE- 30固定液 ,上试 1 0 1为担体 ,制备色谱柱 ,以正十七烷为内标物 ,本方法的标准偏差为 0 .2 5% ,变异系数为 0 .31 % ,回收率在 98.5%～ 1 0 0 .4%之间。

Ametryn was determinated by gas chromatography.The chromatographic column was packed with SE 30 on chromosorb 101.The n heptadecane was used as interal standard.The standard deviation was 0.25%,the coefficients of variation was 0.31% and the recovery was between 98.5%~100.4%.
