摘要 为实现矿用刮板输送机平稳启动及可靠运行,基于双速电机这种中国目前刮板输送机常用的软启动装置,分析软启动控制机理,研究软启动控制策略的软硬件架构。该策略主要包括:双速电机的高低速自动切换,主控制回路的漏电保护、过电压保护、过电流保护、过载保护及断相保护。基于该控制策略研制而成的软启动器已经应用于煤矿综采工作面,应用结果表明所提出的控制策略具有可实施性及高可靠性。 To realize smooth start and reliable operation of mining scraper conveyor,based on two-speed motor which is commonly used in soft start device of current scraper conveyor,the soft start mechanism was analyzed and the hardware and software architectures of the soft-start control strategy were researched.The strategy mainly included high and low speed automatic conversion of two-speed motor,leakage protection,over-voltage protection,over-current protection,over-load protection and open-phase protection of main control loop.The soft-starter based on the control strategy is applied in comprehensive exploiting coal.The application results show that the proposed control strategy has feasible for implementation and high reliability.
