摘要
应用气相色谱法 ,采用 FID检测器 ,以 5% SE- 30和 5% PEG- 2 0 M有机混合固定液涂渍Chromosorb W NAW 0 .2 8～ 0 .1 9mm白色担体制备填充色谱柱 ,对吗啉生产车间的反应混合物进行了分析。该法定量准确 ,吗啉的回收率为 95.2 7%～ 1 0 0 .65% ,相对标准偏差为 0 .64%。
The reactive mixture of morpholine was determinated by gas chromatography and FID dector.The chromatographic column was packed with 5% SE 30 and 5% PEG 20M on 0.28~0.19 mm Chrom W NAW.The recovery of morpholine was between 95.27%~100.65%,the relative standard deviation was 0.654%.
