临床护士核心能力现状调查

The situation investigation of clinical nerse core ablilty

目的:了解临床护士核心能力情况,通过量化分析,确定不同教育程度、技术职称、工作岗位的临床护士与护士核心能力的相关性。方法:采用"注册护士核心能力问卷"对250名取得护士执业资格的护士进行问卷调查。结果:大专学历护士在各维度的平均得分均低于本科及以上学历的护士,但在临床护理能力方面不同学历护士并没有差异(P>0.05),其他维度则存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在被调查的4个科室护士中,外科护士得分最高,不同科室的护士在临床护理、领导能力、教育与咨询维度上得分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着职称的提升,护士核心能力自评得分越高,副主任护师组得分最高,不同职称的护士在伦理与法律实践维度得分上比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余维度得分均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着工作年限的增长,核心能力自评得分越高,不同工作年限的护士在各维度得分上比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同的教育培养重点和临床思维形成的不同、护理技术职称的提升、科室设置和文化环境的不同、工作年限的高低不同,使得不同临床护士在核心能力上存在差异。

Objective：To understand the nurse core competence of the clinical nurses.Through the quantitative analysis,determine the correlation of the nurses with the different education degree,different technical titles and operating post with nurses core competence of clinical nurses.Methods Using the scale of registered nurse core competence carries 250 nurses who obtain nurses certification on a questionnaire survey.Results：The low degree nurses found core competence was lower than the nurses with a high degree,the common ward nurses was higher than the ICU nurses in the education and consultation for patients（P0.05）,high work experience was superior in all dimensions of nurses core competence to the nurses withthe low fixed number of year.Conclusion：Different education training emphasis and clinical thinking,ascension of the technical title of nursing,the different of Its setup and cultural environment,different level of the working life is different,make the different clinical nurse have differences in nurses core competence.
