个性化心理护理对乙型病毒性肝炎焦虑患者的作用

The Effect of personalized psychological nursing in hepatitis B patients with anxiety

目的:通过对乙型病毒性肝炎伴发焦虑的患者,在其住院期间采用个性化心理护理干预,了解个性化心理护理对缓解乙型病毒性肝炎患者焦虑症状的有效性。方法:将77例慢性病毒性乙型肝炎伴有焦虑的患者,按进入调查组的先后顺序随机分为干预组39例,对照组38例,干预组在常规护理基础上,接受具有国家级心理咨询师资格的高年资护士实施的个性化心理护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果:干预组焦虑情绪得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化心理护理能有效缓解慢性乙型肝炎患者的焦虑情绪。

Objective：Through to the viral hepatitis B patients with comorbid anxiety,in its during be in hospital the individual psychological nursing interventions,understand personalized psychological care to ease the viral hepatitis B patients the effectiveness of anxiety symptoms.Methods：77 cases of chronic viral hepatitis B patients with anxiety,according to the order of the investigation into,odd for intervention group（n=39）,even number as control group（n=38）,the intervention group based on the conventional care,accept a national psychological consultant qualification of high qualification nurses in the implementation of the personalized psychological care,and the control group to conventional care.Results：The results with before,two groups of each index all no difference,baseline comparable.After the intervention,the intervention group anxiety with before and a lower score than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Personalized psychological care can effectively relieve chronic hepatitis B patients anxiety.
