Subjective consciousness, objective environment, sense of belonging, reform and other factors determine how college students participate in the construction of civilized schools.College students＇ main role should be carried forward by the following six measures： strengthening the construction of students＇ basic organization; strengthening curriculum; playing the leading role of teachers; strengthening the campus cultural activities;utilizing the functions of examples and strengthening the public awareness of the construction of civilized schools.
