折流杆式薄管板水冷却器的开发

Development of Turning-Flow Rod Type Water Cooler with Thin Tubesheet

针对我公司合成氨装置净化气水冷器存在传热效率低、极易失效等问题 ,开发以薄管板、横纹槽管、折流杆、简易导流筒为特征的高效换热器予以取代 ,实现了造价低、效率高、使用单位满意之目的。

Since heat exchange efficiency of old water cooler was low and easy to block up in the plant,it is replaced by new one with thin tube sheet,tubing with horizontal veined slot,flow returning rod,simple diversion cylinder.That is of low cost,high efficiency and satisfied by end users.
