摘要
文章通过对廉租房建设过程中存在的诸多问题进行分析,探究了监理工作对于项目建设过程所起的积极作用,以寻求如何进一步做好廉租房建设中的三大控制。
Through analyzing the many problems existed in the construction process of low-rent housing, this paper explores the positive role of supervision work for the project construction process, so as to seek how to further improve the three control in low-rent housing construction.
