区域创新视角下的广西蚕桑产业组织管理创新研究

Research on Organization and Management Innovation of the Sericulture Industry in Guangxi Autonomous Region

广西壮族自治区创新组织管理方式,有效地推进了当地蚕桑产业的发展。但是技术创新主体不明确,企业与蚕农利益分配不合理,桑蚕产业区域化、集约化生产程度不高。通过对国内外桑蚕产业组织管理的比较研究,认为只有确立龙头缫丝企业的主体地位,建立和健全桑蚕产业组织管理体系,推广产业化经营模式,才能提升蚕桑产业的发展水平。

The innovative oganization and management method in Guangxi Autonomous Region has effectively promoted the development of local sericulture industry. But the technical innovative subject is vague, and the interest distribution between enterprises and silkworm rearing famers is unreasonable, the degree of regionalization and large--scale production is not high. Through the comparison study of the organization and management of silkworm industry domestic and abroad, the article proposed the idea that establishing the mainstay status of leading filature enterprises is the only way to improve the development of silkworm industry, plus establishing and perfecting the system of organization and management of silkworm industry as well as popularizing industrial- ized management mode.
