摘要 结合惯性导航设备在海上测控任务中需要长时间开机,设备状态难以掌控,故障难以监测的特点,分析了设计惯性导航设备自动测试系统的必要性,构建了惯性导航设备故障在线测试系统的硬件和软件的设计方案。该测试系统具有良好的稳定性、可靠性,可以实时对惯性导航设备各关键点进行监测,有助于操作人员准确把握设备状态和排除设备故障。同时,该系统高度智能化,具有良好的人机交流界面,使整个测试过程操作方便。由于该系统在设计时具备高度的兼容性和通用性,改造后可以在其他设备进行拓展应用。 Since the inertia navigation system (INS) has to work for a long time during the mission on TT&C ship, the state of INS is hard to control and the fault is hard to detect, the necessity to design a online fault detect system is analyzed, and a design scheme for the system hardware and software is proposed. The system has the perfect stability and reliability. The key point of INS can be detected online and it can help the INS operator to comprehend the status of INS. In addition, the system is aptitudinal and easy to control. The system is exellent compatibility and commonality, and can be used in other e- quipments after modification.
