口服6大类19个品种抗高血压药临床应用分析

Utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2008-2010

目的了解口服6大类19个品种抗高血压药的使用情况。方法对宜宾市南岸文化广场社区卫生服务中心2008～2010年抗高血压药应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果抗高血压药销售金额逐年上升,钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)两类药在销售金额和用药频度上3年来一直领先。单品种排序中消耗金额和用药频度靠前的是左旋氨氯地平,硝苯地平缓释片,依那普利等。结论该院口服抗高血压药临床使用结构基本合理。

Objective To investigate the usage of orally administered antihypertensive agents in the Community Health Service Center of Yibin. Methods The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during the period 2008-2010 was analyzed in respect of the drug varieties, consumption sum and DDDs. Results The consumption sum of antihypertensive increased year by year. CCB and ACEI dominated the first place in terms of consumption sum and DDDs over the 3 years. Amlodipine, nifedipine and enalapril took the lead among all the kinds in terms of consumption sum and DDDs. Conclusion The utilization structure of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
