比较3M透明敷贴与妙贴在PICC中的皮肤护理效果

Effect of 3M transparent dressing and Cosmopor steril in skin care among patients with PICC

目的比较两种不同敷贴在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)中的皮肤护理效果。方法将2011年6～10月在我院PICC专科门诊进行导管维护的765例肿瘤患者随机分为两组,对照组370例患者选择3M透明敷贴固定导管,观察组395例患者选择妙贴固定导管。两组均按常规接受导管维护,每周1～2次,分别观察3M透明敷贴与妙贴在PICC局部皮肤反应情况。结果对照组3M透明敷贴370例PICC患者中,过敏性皮炎85例,发生率为22.9%。轻度过敏48例,中度过敏30例,重度过敏7例;观察组妙贴395例PICC患者中,过敏性皮炎48例,发生率为12.2%。轻度过敏37例,中度过敏11例,无重度过敏。结论妙贴的粘合材料低致敏性,可适用于过敏肤质的患者。且吸收及衬垫效果良好,能有效保护PICC穿刺局部皮肤。同时减轻了过敏反应及减少了感染的发生。

Objective To compare the effect of two wound dressings on protective allergic dermatitis in the patients underwent PICC （Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters） catheterization. Methods 765 cancer tumor patients with PICC received nursing care service for catheter were randomly divided into two groups. One group （n= 370） received 3M Transparent to fix PICC, and the other group （n=395） used Cosmopor steril. All patients received nursing care twice a week regularly. Results 85 patients （mildt 48 cases, moderate： 30 cases, severe.. 7 cases） in the 3M group suffered allergic dermatitis, and the incidence rate was 22.9%, while the same data in the Cosmopor group was 48 patients （mild.. 37 cases, moderate.. 11 cases, severe： 0 cases）, the incidence rate was 12.2%. There were significant differences in 2 groups. Conclusion Cosmopor is a self-adhesive wound dressing made of hvpoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive, which is fit for patients with very sensitive skin. Furthermore, highly absorbent and good padding effect of cosmopor is good for nursing for catheter, and alleviating allergy and reducing infection.
