护理实习生护患沟通与护患纠纷相关性调查

Relationship of the nurse-patient communication and nurses-patients disputes in nursing students

目的调查护生护患沟通与护患纠纷的相关性认知。方法以问卷调查方式,在本院实习的72名护生进行问卷调查,了解护生对护患沟通与护患纠纷的相关性认知。结果 77.8%护生能认识到护患沟通的重要意义,91.7%护生认为沟通与纠纷有关。结论护患沟通与护患纠纷存在彼此关系,加强护生沟通知识培训,使之能有效应用沟通技巧防范护患纠纷。

Objective To investigate the relationship of the nurse-patient communication and nurses-patients di putes in nursing students. Methods 72 nursing students were investigated with questionnaire including knowledge about relation of nurse-patient communication and nurses-patients disputes. Results There were 77.8% of nursing students to perceive the importance of nurse-patient communication and 91.7% of nursing students nurse-patient communication was related to nurses-patients disputes. Conclusion Nurses--patients dispute is related to nurse-patient communication. Enhancing nurse-patient communication can effectively prevent nurses--patients dispute.
