曲马多的外周局部麻醉作用和镇痛机制 被引量：9

摘要 非局麻药的局麻作用受到广泛关注。阿片类药物具有局麻作用，非阿片类药物如曲马多、肾上腺素、可乐定、新斯的明、维拉帕米、氯胺酮等也有局麻作用，雷黎明等^[1]已阐述。Likar等心0将等剂量吗啡用于牙科黏膜浸润，效果比静脉注射好，镇痛时间达24h。
