医学实习生艾滋病知识认知程度及态度调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解实习阶段医学生对艾滋病知识的认知程度和态度,为教学医院开展医学实习生教学培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,随机对在我院实习的67名医学实习生采取不记名方式进行艾滋病认知及态度问卷调查。结果医学实习生获取HIV/AIDS知识的途径主要来自学校教育、多媒体宣传、电视。医学实习生对艾滋病知识得分较高[(18.3±2.3)分],ISl腔医学生得分明显高于临床医学和医学影像医学实习生[(19.5±2.4)分比(18.0±2.2)分、(17.2±2.0)分,P〈0.05]。对窗口期的正确回答率仅为55.2%(37/67)。医学实习生对HIV/AIDS患者态度得分为(15.0±2.4)分,男生与女生比较,差异有统计学意义[(18.2±2.8)分比(18.3±2.1)分,P〈0.05]。艾滋病知识和态度之间无相关性(P=0.343)。结论医学实习生对艾滋病知识掌握较好,但仍存在误区,对HIV/AIDS患者态度有待提高。教学医院可结合学生专业特点,在临床教学各个环节加大教育力度。 Objective To investigate the knowledge awareness and attitudes among intern medical students towards acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) in clinical practice. Methods The self-designed question- naire was adopted to conduct randomly the survey on AIDS knowledge and attitudes among 67 intern medical students in our hospital by secret ballot. Results The ways to get information of human immune deficiency virus ( HIV)/ AIDS among intern medical students were from the school education, multimedia publicity and TV. The scores of students in medical practice on AIDS knowledge were higher ( 18.3±2.3 ) and the scores of the students from oral medicine were significantly higher than those of the students from clinical medicine and medical imaging [ ( 19.5±2.4) scores vs ( 18.0±2.2) scores, ( 17.2±2.0 ) scores, P 〈 0.05 ]. The percentage of correct answer on window period was only 55.2% (37/67). But the attitude of intern medical students towards HIV/AIDS patients was not op- timistic with a score of (15.0±2.4)scores. The difference between the boys and the girls was statistically signifi- cant[ ( 18.2±2.8) scores vs( 18.3±2.1 ) scores, P 〈 0.05 ]. There was no correlation between AIDS knowledge and attitudes (P = 0. 343). Conclusions The intern medical students know the AIDS knowledge very well, but the attitudes towards HIV/AIDS patients need to be improved. The teaching hospitals can increase the education efforts in all aspects of clinical teaching in conjunction with the students' professional characteristics.
