植物乳杆菌对肉鸡生产性能、免疫性能和肠道酶活性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同添加浓度的植物乳杆菌对肉鸡生产性能、免疫性能和肠道酶活性的影响。将240只1日龄雌性健康AA肉鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。试验预试期7d,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,在饲喂基础饲粮的同时,分别定时在饮水中添加植物乳杆菌,添加量分别为饲粮的1.0‰、2.0‰和4.0‰。正试期35d。测定各组生产性能、免疫性能和肠道酶活性。结果表明1)在每个试验阶段,Ⅱ组肉鸡平均日增重均显著高于对照组(p<0.05),料重比均显著低于对照组(p<0.05),且除36~42日龄料重比外,Ⅱ组肉鸡平均日增重最高,料重比最低,与其他组差异显著(p<0.05)。2)在每个试验阶段,Ⅱ组肉鸡脾脏指数最高,均显著高于对照组(p<0.05);除42日龄外,Ⅱ组肉鸡法氏囊指数最高,显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。3)在每个试验阶段,Ⅱ组肉鸡空肠内容物蛋白酶活性和淀粉酶活性均显著高于对照组(p<0.05);除14日龄外,Ⅱ组肉鸡回肠内容物蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。由此可知,1.0‰植物乳杆菌的添加可以在一定程度上提高肉鸡生产性能,增强肉鸡免疫性能,同时不同程度地提高了肉鸡肠道内容物蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of probiotics - Lactobacillus plantarum on the performance, immune function and Intestinal enzyme activity of broilers. 240 one - day - old female broiler chick- ens were randomly divided into four groups with 3 replicates in each group and 20 chickens per replicate. The chickens in the control group ( group I ) were only fed a basal diet, group Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ were probiotics groups, by additive of 1.0‰, 2.0‰ and 4.0‰ respectively. The pre - trial period lasted for 7 days, and the experiment las- ted for 35 days. Performance, immune indices and Intestinal enzyme activity were determined in different periods. The results showed that : 1 ) in every test period, compared with the control group, the average daily gain of broilers in group II was significantly higher ( p 〈0. 05) ; except F/G from 36 to 42 days , the feed / gain (F/G) in group Ⅱ was significantly lower ( p 〈 0. 05 ). 2) in every test period, compared with the control group, the spleen index of broilers in group Ⅱ was significantly higher ( p 〈 0. 05 ) ; except 42 days, the bursa index in group Ⅱ was signifi- cantly higher ( p 〈 0. 05). 3) in every test period, compared with the control group, the Protease activity and Am- ylase activity of Jejunal contents in group II was significantly higher ( p 〈 0. 05 ) ; except 14 days, the Protease ac- tivity of Ileal contents in group II was significantly higher ( p 〈 0.05 ). In conclusion, the supplementation of 1. 0%v probiotics - Lactobacillus plantarum can improve performance, and enhance the immune function of broilers to some degree. Meanwhile, the supplementation of 1. 0%e probiotics - Lactobacillus plantarum can imnrove Protease activity and Amylase activity of Intestinal contents.
