摘要
以银杏外种皮为原料,采用微波和回流法提取银杏酚酸,通过单因素、正交实验,研究溶剂浓度、温度、时间、固液比等因素对银杏酚酸提取效果的影响,以310nm处的吸光度作为衡量标准,确定了最佳提取条件。回流法最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度100%,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为1h,固液比是120。微波法最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度为100%,提取功率500W,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为6min,固液比是120。得率分别为10.66%、10.72%。
In this paper, ginkgo biloba exopleura is used as raw materials to extract ginkgo phenolic acids by micro- wave - assisted and conventional reflux extraction method, by means of single - factor experiment and orthogonal test, research the influence of solvent concentration, temperature, time, solid - to - liquid ratio and other factors to the extraction result, according to the absorbance at 310nm, determine the optimal extraction conditions, as follows : Ginkgo biloba exopleuras was extracted respectively with 20 volumes of 100% ethanol by refluxing at 80 ℃ for lh and 20 volumes of 100% ethanol by refluxing at 60℃ for 6 min in 500 W. The yield is 10.66% and 10.72% sepa- rately.
