This paper presents A/D circuit structural drawings which are the basic form of the conversion of the information of the voltage from analog to data. Based on these drawings, the paper gives a comprehensive error analysis of A/D interface, explains in detail the process and thought of various functions of the interaction of all components' accuracy in A/D interface circuit and presents a series of interactive functions, thus establishing the basis of error quantitative analysis.
