短暂UV-B辐射对玉米幼苗根系生理生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]揭示未遭受UV-B直接辐射的玉米地下根部对UV-B的生理生化响应情况。[方法]对玉米品种"垦玉7"幼苗进行短暂UV-B辐射,在处理后不同时间取幼苗根系,测定保护性酶和氮代谢相关理化指标。[结果]在供试的0~72 h,3个氮代谢相关指标在对照和处理中均表现为先降低再升高的波动变化趋势;与对照相比,辐射处理导致玉米根系脯氨酸和游离氨基酸含量先急剧升高再降低,可溶性蛋白先急剧降低后逐渐升高,其中脯氨酸含量变化明显。根系POD、SOD和MDA保护性酶活性在对照和处理中都表现为先降低后升高的趋势;与对照相比,辐射处理导致玉米根系中保护性酶活性均下降,其中POD在12~36 h区间显著降低,SOD和MDA变化幅度很小。[结论]玉米幼苗根系对短暂UV-B辐射产生较为显著的生理生化应答。该研究可为全面解析植物对增强的UV-B辐射的生理生化应答机制和信号转导机制提供理论参考。
