摘要 岩藻多糖降解酶是一种水解酶,主要包括岩藻多糖酶(EC 3.2.1.44)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(EC 3.2.1.51)和硫酸酯酶(EC 3.1.6)。文中从岩藻多糖降解酶的分类、来源、性质及其应用等方面综述了岩藻多糖降解酶的研究进展,同时展望了其应用前景。 Fucoidan-degrading enzyme is a kind of hydrolase,mainly including fucoidanase(EC 3.2.1.44),α-L-fucosidase(EC 3.2.1.51) and sulfatase(EC 3.1.6).This paper reviewed the research progress on the classification,source,properties and applications of fucoidan-degrading enzyme,and then discussed its prospects.
