6种木屑培养基对银耳菌种生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]研究6种木屑培养基对银耳(Tremella fuciformis Berk)生长发育、产量及品质的影响,为银耳菌种培养基的优化以及银耳的优质高产提供资料。[方法]6个适生银耳树种作为培养基[①青冈木[Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst.]木屑73%;②柿树(Dio-spyros kaki L.f.)木屑73%;③盐肤木(Rhus chinensis Mill.)木屑73%;④刨花楠(Machilus pauhoi Kanehira)木屑73%;⑤乌桕[Sapium seb-iferum(L.)Roxb.]木屑73%;⑥拟赤杨[Alniphyllum forutnei(Hemsl.)Makino]木屑73%。以上各配方均加入25%麦皮,2%石膏粉;含水量63%]进行多批次银耳菌种生长试验。[结果]在6种树种培养基上银耳均能较好地生长,但不同树种培养基对银耳的各种生长指标的影响具有较大的差异,其中刨花楠最好,拟赤杨最差。在青冈木上银耳菌丝生长慢,长势旺盛,有较好的草绿色,生物学效率较高,干品转化率达11.5%,品质也较好;柿树、盐肤木、乌桕各方面表现一般。[结论]作为银耳培养基原料林的6种参试树种,它们都适合银耳菌种生长,就适合程度而言,刨花楠是最好的银耳培养基原料,其次为青冈,接着依次为乌桕、盐肤木、柿树、拟赤杨。 [Objective] In order to provide the medium optimization and high yield and good quality information,effects of Tremella fuciformis Berk growth and development,yield and quality on 6 kinds of sawdust medium was studied.[method] 6 tree as culture medium of Multiple batches of the strain of Tremella fuciformis Berk growth was tested on Six Sawdust Media from different tree including Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst.,Diospyros kaki L.f.,Rhus chinensis Mill.,Machilus pauhoi Kanehira,Sapium sebiferum(L.)Roxb.and Alniphyllum forutnei(Hemsl.)Makino.[Result] Tremella fuciformis Berk grew well on six tree media,but growth indexes were different on different tree media.Among these media,Machilus pauhoi Kanehira was the most appropriate,Alniphyllum fortunei(Hemsl.)Makino was the last one.On Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst.medium,the mycelium grew slowly,but strongly and yellowish green,biological efficiency was higher,dried product conversion rate reaching 11.5%,having better quality.The other tree medium showed general at all aspects.[Conclusion] 6 kinds of tree sawdust medium was suitable for growth as culture medium raw material of the strain of Tremella fuciformis Berk.Controlling these tree as culture medium,Machilus pauhoi was the best culture medium raw material,followed by Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst.,then Sapium sebiferum(L.)Roxb.,Rhus chinensis Mill.,Diospyros kaki L.f.,Alniphyllum forutnei(Hemsl.)Makino.
