The authorization management and access control are the important component parts of MIS.It influences the security and reliability of information system.Based on the safety management requirements of the traceability system of agricultural products,using the power management concept of a large database,a scheme of power management was proposed based on the application layer,and the principles and methods of privilege settings were discussed in details.
