摘要 [目的]优选厚朴叶中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的提取工艺条件。[方法]以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的总提取率为考察指标,采用正交试验法对厚朴叶中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的提取条件进行优选。[结果]最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶10(g/ml),乙醇浓度80%,提取次数1次,提取时间1.5 h。[结论]该提取工艺方法合理,有效成分提取效率较高,适用于厚朴叶中活性成分的提取。 [Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of magnolol and honokiol from the leaf of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils.[Method] Taking the extraction rate of magnolol and honokiol as evaluation index,the extraction technology of magnolol and honokiol from M.officinalis leaves was optimized by means of orthogonal test.[Result] The optimal extraction technology was as follows: M.officinalis leaves were extracted once with 80% ethanol at the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10 g/ml for 1.5 h.[Conclusion] The extraction technology was reasonable and effective to extract effective components including magnolol and honokiol from M.officinalis leaves.
