摘要
[目的]探讨甲基化-β-环糊精对泰乐菌素的增溶作用。[方法]采用相溶解图法,研究不同取代度的绿色甲基化-β-环糊精对药物泰乐菌素的增溶作用,并测定包合稳定常数和增溶效果。[结果]泰乐菌素与甲基化-β-环糊精以1∶1的包结比形成包结物。β-环糊精与不同平均取代度的甲基化-β-环糊精对泰乐菌素均有增溶作用,平均取代度为14.2的甲基化-β-环糊精对泰乐菌素的增溶作用最为显著,增溶倍数为1.5。[结论]该研究可为泰乐菌素的临床应用提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the solubilization of methyl-β-cyclodextrin on tylosin.[Method] Using phase dissolving figure method,the solubilization of green methyl-β-cyclodextrin with different substitution degree on tylosin was studied and the inclusion stability constants and solubilization effects were measured.[Result] The inclusion complexes were formed with tylosin and methyl-β-cyclodextrin by the inclusion complexation ratio of 1∶1.Both β-cyclodextrin and methyl-β-cyclodextrin with different average substitution degree had the solubilization effects on tylosin.The solubilization of methyl-β-cyclodextrin with the average substitution degree of 14.2 on tylosin was the most significant and the solubilization times was 1.5.[Conclusion] The research could provided reference for the clinical application of tylosin.
