柱锥体环形切割器壳体飞散仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究串联战斗部前级装药对后级随进战斗部的影响,验证在现有导弹战斗部前端加装环形聚能装药的可行性,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行了柱锥体环形切割器壳体飞散的数值仿真,得到了在其后级随进战斗部之前的空气域中的飞散路径,获得了这部分空气域内的爆炸响应冲击波的时间-压力历程。仿真结果表明,柱锥体环形切割器壳体破裂后,以壳体端部和壳体内侧上部对后级随进战斗部的影响为主,而内侧上部壳体受爆轰波影响形成聚能侵彻体对后级随进战斗部的影响最大,这为串联战斗部中对后级随进战斗部的隔爆设计打下了基础。 To research the effect of the tandem warhead's front charge on the following warhead and verify the feasibility of installing annular shaped charge in the front of active missile's warhead, the cylindricalconical annular cutter shell dispersion was simulated by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The dispersion regurlarity of the cylindrical-conical annular cutter shell and the time-pressure figure of explosion respose shock wave in the air, which were in front of the following projectile warhead, were gained. The simula- tion results show that the inside upper part and the end part among all the parts of the cylindrical-conical annular cutter shell have majoy effect on the following projectile warhead, and the inside upper part has the most sirously effect, because it is affected by the detonation wave to form the similar metal jet. It can support the base for the explosion-proof design of the following projectile warhead on tandem warhead.
