摘要
对拟议的竹红菌素合成的中间体3烯丙基6 ,8二甲氧基四氢萘1酮的形成反应、Wacker氧化、溴化和氯化氢加成等反应进行了研究、对它及其氧化产物二酮的二氧化硒氧化反应也进行了探索。
Allyl\|6,8\|dimethoxy\|1\|tetralone as the intermediate projected for a synthesis of hypocrellin was studied for its facile formation from 3\|(3,5\|dimethoxy\|benzyl)\|5\|hexenoic acid and its Wacker oxidation, addition of bromine and of hydrogen chloride. It and the diketone obtained by its Wacker oxidation were shown not susceptible towards oxidation by selenium dioxide.
