摘要 分层教学模式是因材施教教育理念在当代教育改革实践中的具体体现,对高校体育教学改革具有重要意义。当前在高校体育分层教学实践中出现了诸如学生分层方式固定化、教学目标分层扩大化、学生分层评价扭曲化等问题,导致了分层教学的异化。针对这些问题,将学生分层与差异分析相结合、分层教学与个别指导相结合、结果评价与过程评价相结合,当是目前优化高校体育分层教学模式的有效策略。 Stratified teaching mode is the embodyment of the ideas " teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" in contemporary educational practice, and has very important significance on the college physical education reform. Current stratified teaching practice in college physical education has emerged some problems such as immobilized stratified manner, expansion of stratification teaching objectives and distortion of students stratified evaluation, resulting in the alienation of stratified teaching. To solve these problems, combining students' stratification and individual differences' analysis, layered teaching and individual guidance, and results evaluation and process evaluation may be the effective strategies to optimize stratified teaching.
