摘要
目的探讨经腹及经阴道彩色多普勒超声对输卵管妊娠的临床价值。方法回顾性总结我院96例经手术病理证实的输卵管妊娠的超声二维图像,血流改变及频谱特征,并进行临床分析。结果经腹及经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合诊断输卵管妊娠的阳性率为95.8%,及时治疗,健康出院。结论经腹部及经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合应用,提高输卵管妊娠的诊断率,临床实用价值高。
Objective To assess the clinicall value of combined Transabdomnal color dopper sonogrdphy （TACDS） and Transvaginal color Dopper Sonography（TVCDS） in the tubal pregnancy. Methods To review and analysis the sonographic scan feature blood condition and spetrum of tubal preganacy of 96 case in our hospital by operation and pathology .Results Combine TACDS and TVCDS in tubal pregancy positive rate was 95.8%, early theraph and heath. Conclusion Combine TACDS and TVCDS improve diagnostic accuracy of tubal pregnancy and the vsluabe information to clincal.
